Cricket World Cup India: Hosting Stadiums which were part of 2011 World Cup but not in 2023 CWC

After 2011, the festival of world cricket is returning to India, which we all are aware of the iconic six by mahi at the Wankhede, take a look at all the hosting stadiums of CWC 2023 adding to it INDIA Cricket team is the only team in this world cup which will be travelling and playing all the 9/10 matches at different venues that means except final match the team will be playing at all the 9 stadiums, that too a hosting team. it will be a treat to Indians to watch their stars in action in their respective cities from north to south & east to west.

  • Hyderabad- Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium
  • Dharamshala-Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium
  • Delhi- Arun Jaitley Stadium
  • Chennai- MA Chidambaram Stadium
  • Lucknow-Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium
  • Pune- Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium
  • Bengaluru- M.Chinnaswamy Stadium
  • Mumbai- Wankhede Stadium
  • Kolkata- Eden Gardens

whereas the 2011 world cup was jointly hosted by Bangladesh, srilanka and india. sadly Punjab and Nagpur are not the part of World cup 2023 edition.

Mumbai, Kolkata and Ahmedabad will be hosting the semis and final matches of the World Cup 2023.
